Location was amazing. I love falling asleep to the sound of the Deschutes River passing by. The staff was great, the room spacious and clean and the grounds immaculate.

Staff and location was amazing. Only issues was the room wasn’t very clean. Hair in the upstairs master walk shower , sheets in master weren’t changed because there was makeup on the sheets still. That didn’t change the amazing time we had. Thank you for having us.

Room was dated and smelled musty. Vent from air conditioning was filthy

We were upgraded from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom "suite" - and I put suite in quotes because it was literally a condo. Full kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a deck overlooking the golf course (with a grill), and washer and dryer in the "room". All for what I'd expect to pay for a basic room at a regular "suite" hotel. I'm quite sure that even the 1 bedroom we'd originally booked would have vastly exceeded our expectations. Keep in mind that this is a golf course that has both a "lodge" that's more of a normal hotel as well as these condos and houses that are on the other side of the course. I think they use these for both short term hotel rentals and also longer term time shares and things like that. So if you're looking for things like room service or easy access to the front desk, the suite we booked isn't going to be for you. It's literally about a mile away and across a busy highway from the front desk. I'm sure they'll come out if you have any problem with the room, but you're basically on your own once you've checked in. I actually love that; it's more like a short-term house rental than a hotel. Very quiet too out there. The resort/golf course does have several restaurants, two fitness centers and of course golf, but we actually didn't use them so I can't comment on them. But there are things to do/places to eat on property. Otherwise, it's a short drive into Redmond itself for more restaurants/groceries/coffee places.

Its expensive for what you get. No coffee in the room. Week later, still waiting for them to release the $100 deposit. It was just ok. I wont go back.
